A high society thief of a prominent sydney The family has narrowly avoided jail time after being caught red-handed stealing luxury face creams and designer clothes from a Westfield mall.
Elisha Dalah, 35, older brother of Fishbowl restaurateur Nathan Dalah and sister-in-law of victoria’s secret model georgia huntershe was criticized by magistrate Jacqueline Milledge when she pleaded not to be sent to jail despite her long history of shoplifting and drug abuse.
Dalah’s parents are Michael Dalah, a former rag dealer and former co-owner of Elizabeth Bay Marina, and his wife Michelle. In addition to Nathan, she has a designer brother, Jordan, and an actress sister, Sophie.
Waverly local court heard the mother used an ‘untab’ to steal a $249 Tommy Hilfiger sweater and $170 ‘Youth Lift’ face cream from Sephora in Westfield Bondi Junction on July 14.

Plaincloth police officers watched her leave Tommy Hilfiger and steal the face cream before arresting her and charging her with shoplifting and violating her ban on entering the mall.
Dalah had recently completed a period of probation for other shoplifting offenses when she was arrested.
“Sorry, I have a problem, can I pay for the items now? I don’t know why I steal, I don’t need to steal, I work, I just can’t help it,” he said. she told police, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Dalah’s problems began when he began using drugs at age 14 and injected himself with heroin after learning of his ex-partner’s cancer diagnosis before the robberies.
The court heard that she had been sober for eight months, attended rehab twice and continues to participate in substance abuse and counseling and has been crime-free since she was charged.
Elisha and her son reside at her family’s Point Piper shelter.

Dalah is believed to work as a barista at his family business ‘Laissez-Faire Catering’ in Alexandria Sydney. She has been living with her son in her Parents’ palatial waterfront mansion in exclusive Point Piper.
Justice Milledge said in a brutally frank judgment: “Everything I’ve read suggests that you see yourself as a victim, you’re not a victim.”
“You’ve said ‘I’m a kleptomaniac, I act on impulse’, you’re calculating, manipulative and deceitful, and your family knows it because they’ve been dealing with that side of you for years and years and years.”
Dalah was sentenced to an intensive 20-month correction order, as well as 200 hours of community service.
Dalah was also ordered to pay a $500 fine. entering Westfield Bondi Junction while prohibited.
