Police hunt for Carnival Cruise passenger Kevin McGrath who mysteriously vanished from ship as it returned to port in Miami

A man mysteriously disappeared from a Carnival Cruise ship just hours before the ship was due to arrive in Miami.
Kevin McGrath, 26, was a passenger on a Carnival Cruise ship sailing from Miami to Bimini, Bahamas, druing the Labor Day weekend.
He was supposed to meet his family for breakfast on Monday morning before the ship returned to Florida but he never showed up.
The Carnival Cruise company contacted Miami Police and the Coast Guard to alert them about the mysterious disappearance but the search turned up nothing.
McGrath was last seen at 2 am by his brother in his cabin which was number 1326. He was wearing a black T-shirt with black shorts and grey sneakers.

Camera surveillance and security devices have shown that McGrath did not go overboard.
The worried family of the missing man reported his disappearance at 7 am on Monday.
After the Miami-Dade searched the boat for McGrath without finding him, they cleared the cruise ship to set sail again back to the Bahamas.
Mitchell Branch was a friend of McGrath through the military. He said: ‘The military was a bond that could never be broken. I pray you’re okay.’
Branch said: ‘Part of me wants to drive to Florida and start my own search party.’
Kevin’s sister Kristen McGrath said: ‘My brother is missing! He never got off the carnival conquest cruise ship. He has a family who love him and we will not rest until we find him.’
