Prince George’s newly engaged billionaire godfather has topped the list of Britain’s wealthiest under-35s.
The Duke of Westminster topped the list after inheriting his title aged 25, and now boasts a total family wealth of £9.878billion.
Hugh Grosvenor, 32, was known as Britain’s most eligible bachelor but recently revealed his engagement to girlfriend Olivia Henson.
The list also noted that Ed Sheeran, Adele and Harry Styles are among the UK’s wealthiest people under the age of 35 – with all three having wealth higher than £150million.
Most on the young super wealthy made their own fortunes, around half went to state schools and at least a third did not go on to further education.

Sportsmen featured heavily, including boxer Anthony Joshua (£150million) and footballers Gareth Bale (£70million), Raheem Sterling (£61million) and Harry Kane (£51million).
Other famous names included One Direction stars Niall Horan (£54million) and Louis Tomlinson (£54million), and supermodel Cara Delavigne (£50million).

1. Duke of Westminster – £9.878bn
Hugh Grosvenor, the 7th Duke of Westminster, is the only son of Gerald Grosvenor, the 6th Duke of Westminster.
A close friend of Prince William and Prince Harry, Hugh Grosvenor is the godfather of Prince George, William’s eldest child.
As his father’s successor, Hugh became an instant billionaire, with a fortune of £9.3billion, 300 acres of prime real estate in Mayfair and Belgravia, as well as estates in Oxford, Scotland and properties around the globe.

He has previously represented the country at Olympic Skeet Shooting competitions both internationally and in the UK.
The Duke also supports the rehabilitation of wounded or injured members of the Armed Forces and donated £2.5million to the Health Service when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, but said he was so ‘humbled’ by the work of doctors and nurses he wanted to give another £10million.
In April, he proposed to his girlfriend Olivia Henson at his family seat, Eaton Hall in Cheshire.
2. Lady Charlotte Wellesley – £2.167bn
Lady Charlotte Wellesley is an Oxford-educated daughter of the Duke of Wellington with an estimated wealth of £2.167bn.
Her parents are Princess Antonia of Prussia and Charles Wellesley, Marquess of Douro, who both have huge amounts of money.

Johnny Boufarhat, 28, developed the video-conferencing app Hopin while he was struck down in bed with an auto-immune disease.
In just one year, the unassuming Manchester University graduate has transformed into one of the hottest tech entrepreneurs in Europe.
The app allows conferences to be live-streamed and in 2022 was valued at $7.8bn.

Mr Boufarhat was born in Sydney after his parents – a mechanical engineer and an accountant – moved to Australia from Lebanon during the 1975-1990 civil war.
The family moved on to Los Angeles then Dubai before Mr Boufarhat came to the UK to study mechanical engineering.
During the pandemic, Hopin’s user base soared to five million, with 80,000 organisations including American Express and Hewlett-Packard using it.
4. Ben Francis – £900m
Gymshark founder Ben Francis created a billion pound sportswear empire from his parents’ garage in Birmingham.
The 30-year-old dropped out of Aston University in 2012 to focus on his business full time while still keeping his job as a Pizza Hut delivery driver to pay the bills.

Earlier this year, he was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire at Windsor Castle for his services to the business sector.
In a Forbes billionaires list released in April, the father-of-two was estimated to have a net worth of $1.2billion (£992million), making him the UK’s youngest billionaire. The Sunday Times now puts his fortune at £900m.
Gymshark, headquartered in Solihull, the West Midlands, is worn by some of the world’s biggest celebrities and influencers from Rita Ora to Nicole Scherzinger.
5. India Rose James – £758m
Ms James is the granddaughter of the property magnate and porn publisher Paul Raymond, and made the Sunday Times rich list when she was just 16.
The mother-of-one was left roughly £300m after her grandfather died in 2008, making her richer than the Queen.
She now owns the Soho Revue Gallery in Greek Street, London.

In an interview with The Times, she insisted that while her vast fortune had given her a leg up, she works hard and has a ‘limit’ on her credit card.
Her grandfather Paul opened the famously raunchy Raymond Revuebar in 1958 before branching out and founding his own adult magazine empire in 1964.
Over the following years ploughed his profits, supposedly buying one freehold a week in 1977.
6. Oliver and Alexander Kent-Braham £455m
Oliver and Alexander Kent-Braham, 31, co-founded Marshmallow in 2015 when they saw expats hit with extortionate insurance quotes.
Their combined wealth has now topped £450million
The firm specialises in covering people turned away by traditional providers and was set up to help drivers from overseas get cheap insurance.

Last year, Marshmallow announced itself as the UK’s largest tech unicorn with a $1.2b (£1b) valuation.
7. Ed Sheeran £300m
A regular feature on the Young Rich List for years, Ed Sheeran, 32, now has an estimated wealth of £300million
It comes following the release of his sixth studio album which became the UK’s fastest selling album of 2023.
Sheeran is said to own 27 properties in London as part of his impressive £57million portfolio, but the highlight is his huge estate of land in Suffolk.

His estate boasts sprawling fields of land surrounding his home, with a rustic wooden treehouse in one area, and a vast swimming lake in another.
8. Rory McIlroy – £200m
The Sunday Times identified golfer Rory McIlroy as the richest active UK sportsman with a fortune of £200m
The Ulsterman is currently ranked number three in the golf world rankings, behind Scottie Scheffler and John Rahm.
And he’s now chasing his fifth major at the US PGA Championship at Oak Hill.

In 2018, McIlroy sold his mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, nine months after putting it on the market for $12.9 million.

9. Adele – £165m
Tottenham native Adele, who is now 35, is in ninth place with her wealth estimated as £165 million.
Earlier this year the singer announced an extension of her Las Vegas residency in Nevada, which had previously run from November 2022 to March 2023.
New dates of the high-budget show are due to take place at the Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino from June 16 until November 4, 2023.

And the massive profits don’t appear to have gone to waste, with Adele purchasing a £47million home in LA last year with her boyfriend, Rich Paul
Adele’s LA mega mansion, which she bought for £47million last year, boasts 8,587 square-feet and is located in LA’s Hidden Valleys, with the singer sharing the abode with her boyfriend Rich Paul.
Following the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, which put live music on hold, Adele’s company A Adkins Touring Ltd, which looks after her live music, made a loss,
But it is thought that the company will have been booming this year after her residency in Las Vegas kicked off.
10. Timothy Goodwin £163m
Perhaps the least high-profile name in the top ten, Timothy Goodwin, 33, chairs an engineering company set up by his family 140 years ago.
Goodwin Plc is based in Stoke-on-Trent and employs 1,100 people.
In the last reporting period operating profits were up by a fifth to £9.8million, helped by military orders from the US and UK governments.

13. Anthony Joshua – £150m
Despite suffering two defeats at the hands of Oleksandr Usyk, Joshua’s earning potential has not been dented. Indeed, his social media influence has enabled him to wrap up deals with Hugo Boss and Jaguar, contributing to a fortune of £150m.
Joshua also admitted there is a ‘school of thought’ that he should be a billionaire.
The boxer’s breakthrough came at the London Olympics. He would win gold in super heavyweight before turning professional a year later.

One of the biggest wins of his career came in 2017 when he defeated boxing great Wladimir Klitschko at Wembley. Joshua would go on to defeat Klitschko via 11th-round TKO. On that night, the Englishman picked up a whopping £15m.
In his first fight after the Klitschko bout, Joshua took a slight pay decrease. Against Carlos Takam, The Telegraph reported that the Brit earned £11m.
The biggest payday of his career so far came in the rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr back in 2019. Joshua would lose the first encounter via seventh-round TKO in what was the first professional loss of his career.
The rematch was dubbed ‘The Clash on the Dunes’ – with the Brit going on to outclass the Mexican and win via decision in Saudi Arabia. The former heavyweight world champion would walk away from the rematch with £66m.
13. Harry Styles – £150m
Harry’s House, Styles’ third studio album, was the UK’s biggest-selling record of 2022.
The 29-year-old has also seen a run of success in the US with sold out tour dates across the country, including major venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York and the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.

The pair were joint 29th on the list, both with wealth estimated at £54million.
18. Daniel Radcliffe – £92m
The Harry Potter star, 33, has enjoyed a successful film career and built up a £45million share portfolio.
Accounts filed by his business Gilmore Jacobs in December last year disclosed a profit of £2.2m to March, taking accumulated earnings held in his company to £91.4m.

His company funds are held in a combination of investments and property, with £44.5m comprising ‘listed investments held at fair value based on the quoted market values at the balance sheet date’.
Cash at £8.8m was also reported on the balance sheet.

21. Dua Lipa – £75m
Pop superstar Dua Lipa, 27, claimed the number 21 spot on the list with an estimated wealth of £75m compiled through music, modelling and podcasting.
Lipa, a three-times Grammy award winner, is signed to Warner Music and has lucrative deals with firms including Evian, Yves Saint Laurent and Versace.
She also has social-media deals to promote the Truly alcoholic drink.

24. Emma Watson – £150m
Ms Watson bagged £50m through her role as Hermione in the Harry Potter franchise, before earning another £15m through Beauty and the Beast.
She’s also amassed more than £23m through her investment firm Hestia Hebe – named after the Greek goddesses of the hearth, home and family, and youth.
The 33-year-old recently launched a gin brand with her brother, Alex.
It comes as the Daily Mail revealed Watson has split from her boyfriend Brandon Green, the son of one-time King of the High Street Sir Philip Green.
Sources indicate that they split some time after Christmas – following a ‘serious’ romance which lasted around 18 months.
Both of them met each other’s parents and there were holidays including a romantic break in Venice.
